Drexel SCADA System controls and monitors the complete process of STP/ETP plant. Brief control process starts with the measurement of inlet flow of primary treatment section Also the status of grit removed system is monitored and alerts related to clogging are transmitted. Further Equalizer tank level monitoring is done and aeration process is controlled by DO sensors feedback. Feedback also senses and track turbidity and bio treatment process.
Sludge level is detected and automatic sludge removal process is controlled by SCADA. Finally chemical dozing and carbon filter monitoring is done. Also online water analyzer is installed at outlet which monitors BOD, COD, TSS, pH and sends back the data of STP/ETP in real time on server and also high alerts are conveyed to SCADA System.
Drexel SCADA handles the complete automation, energy management, maintenance alerts by SMS/Email Alerts and online effluent data on servers.
